Vantact is a Canadian owned cloud communications company in Toronto. Since 2016 we have helped organizations across Canada replace aging phone systems with a hosted cloud PBX, plus SIP trunking, business texting, electronic fax, and AI call analytics. Everything is hosted in Canada, our support team is local, and we work month to month, so nobody is locked into a contract.
Our platform is built with privacy in mind. It supports PIPEDA and PHIPA requirements for Canadian organizations and HIPAA requirements for healthcare clients, and follows SOC 2 aligned security practices.
We work directly with car dealerships, schools and school boards, government and nonprofits, long term care and healthcare providers, and law firms. We also work through a partner program: MSPs, IT firms, and resellers across Canada deliver Vantact under their own brand, and we route leads to those partners when a customer prefers to work locally.
ControlledCare, our nurse call and resident communication platform for long term care homes, runs on the same cloud infrastructure.
